Transactions concerning flights with the company "AIR INTERSALONIKA HELLENIC AIR TRANSPORT AND TOURISM SINGLE MEMBER S.A.":

The charter fee, which is paid by the Charterer prior to the flight by bank transfer via e-banking or credit card charge, includes all individual charges relating to the flight, as detailed in the "General Charter Conditions" form signed by the Charterer.
The lessor reserves the right to suspend or definitively reject the flight when it has not been fully paid.

The charterer has the right to cancel the agreed flight under the following conditions:

• – If the cancellation of the flight is notified 72 hours before the agreed date and time, 30% of the total amount will be retained.
• – If the cancellation of the flight is notified between 72 and 24 hours before the agreed date and time, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
• – If the cancellation of the flight is notified within 24 hours before the agreed date and time, 100% of the total amount will be retained.
• – In the event of flight cancellation due to bad weather conditions, the full amount of the agreed flight is returned to the charterer, provided that it is not possible to carry out the flight on another agreed day and time.

It is clarified that the remaining amount is returned to the charterer within 2 working days from the date of flight cancellation.
