– When should I notify the Company to make a booking for an aircraft?

Provided that crews and aircraft are available and depending on the airport or destination you wish to travel to, you can make a booking 60 minutes before take-off for helicopter use and 2 hours before the flight for aircraft use. Since during peak periods (holidays / summer) flight requests are numerous, we recommend that you inform us as soon as possible.

– Where do AIR INTERSALONIKA helicopters fly from?

Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" is the base of AIR INTERSALONIKA. The take-off and landing of our aircraft takes place at the "General Aviation Building" of "Athens International Airport". Likewise, one of our helicopters is stationed at Thessaloniki Airport or other airports, depending on flight needs. Helicopter take-off can also take place from other locations under strict safety measures.

– What route should I follow to get to the General Aviation Building at Athens Airport?

The Attica Road is the main access route to Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos". After the International Airport there is special signage which, if followed, will lead you to the General Aviation Building. On the Attica Road heading towards the airport, you pass the Departures – Arrivals Building until the point where the road turns back towards Athens. Continue straight ahead following the signs towards the General Aviation Building (Gate 12 / Technical Base and Fire Station). After approximately 500 metres turn right, where there is a dividing railing with police officers as well as representatives of AIR INTERSALONIKA or the handler. At this point you will be able to park your car and will be guided towards passport control and then towards our aircraft, always under the courteous escort of responsible staff.

– Can I park my vehicle at the General Aviation Building?

For AIR INTERSALONIKA customers, parking spaces are available at the General Aviation Building, provided free of charge. Spaces are limited during peak periods.

– When I arrive at the General Aviation Building, will someone from your team be waiting for me?

The AIR INTERSALONIKA representative is there to welcome you and take care of all the details and procedures of your departure.

– Can I bring my pet with me on the flight?

If you wish to travel with your pet, you may have it with you, however it must be confined to its specially designed carrier during take-off and landing, as well as during any periods of turbulence. This is the ideal way for your pet to travel comfortably and safely with you.

– What is the smoking policy on AIR INTERSALONIKA flights?

Smoking is not permitted on AIR INTERSALONIKA aircraft in accordance with regulations.

– Where can the helicopter land?

At AIR INTERSALONIKA , your safety comes first. We land our helicopters in safe areas, such as airports, helipads, and areas that meet the conditions for safe landing, free from obstacles and always at the pilot's discretion, provided that permission has been obtained from the owner of the location.
